I had the opportunity to work with Chad on an elevated pool and spa in a high-end condominium located in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle. The project involved replacing a failed waterproofing material and the residents were very sensitive to the impact of losing their pool and spa. Chad's waterproofing expertise, attention to process and eye for detail facilitated in executing a project that exceeded the resident's expectation as well as provided them with a 20-year warranty on the new waterproofing material. Chad was also a pleasure to work with, his communication was honest, detailed, and humorous when we needed a good laugh.
