  Safety/leadsman/foreman Assume Safety supervisor role to designated unit areas. Write confined space permits, and hot work permits. Use of 4 gas meter devices, Equipment isolation Logs, Executing routine Lock out tag out procedures, Verifying Blinds, Walking down jobs to verify a safe working atmosphere to issue permits. Maintain constant field presence. I assisted the company's site safety department in minimizing incidents on the project. Work alongside other safety professionals in the field to ensure compliance with site policies and procedures were being followed accordingly. I coordinated the sites daily audit process and inputted the findings for daily toolbox topics for the site. I assisted the job with their site specific orientation of the company's employees as well as the sub- contractors to the project. Set up drug screens (pre-employment, random, and post accidents).I was assigned to various job sites to enforce safety policies and procedures for the Company, as well as OSHA regulations. Ensure scaffolds are in compliance to OSHA standards. I was personally in charge of monitoring, recording rental, and the production of scaffold projects. I assisted the site in setting up weekly news flashes based on their site specific rules. Site safety was in charge of supervising crews in erecting scaffolds to client's expectations.
