Co-founded and built two organizations - (Comprehensive Care Advisors - a Management Services Organization(MSO) and Transformations TMS - a best in class Behavioral Health Organization utilizing progressive interventional treatment modalities to treat Depression, Anxiety, PTSD and other mental health conditions). CCA provided comprehensive healthcare organizational support where the organization handles contract negotiation, information technology systems, leased personnel, day-to-day operations services, website and electronic applications, call center management, development of fee schedules, strategic development for practices and treatment plans, billing, credentialing, HR, payroll, marketing, while Transformations TMS operated as the patient facing clinical arm of the businesses delivering multiple treatment modalities for patients. Strategically planned, negotiated, and built 12 locations nationwide in under 1.5 years, generating $3.1MM ARR. This involved recruiting, hiring, and training a team of 56 individuals, providing them with professional development opportunities, and uniting them around shared goals. By Q1 2021, the company expanded to 26 locations, managing over 120 team members, positioning it for successful acquisition by private equity in May 2021 under an M&A agreement.
