I had the awesome opportunity to work with Charnita for the last several years. First, she was a colleague in tier 1 support, then tier 2. Most recently she stepped into the position of lead of our tier 2 support team. While she is extremely tech-savvy, her empathy and warmth comes across very prominently in her customer exchanges. They often remark about this, as well as her ability to explain difficult concepts to people that are not necessarily as technologically advanced. Her responses have allowed me to better glean an understanding of a great customer experience and follow-through. On a number of occasions, we’ve had the opportunity to raise bugs quickly as we notice the reports from customers. We’ve been able to quickly work together to compile the information so that it can be actioned as soon as possible by the appropriate team. She’s always ready to jump in, and handle any situation that arises. She was instrumental in helping me learn the ropes after I had been promoted to tier 2 support, and her leadership style has been appreciated when it was her chance to step up. She’s given feedback that was helpful, and provided me details so that I can more quickly understand why her suggestions would be improvements, and how to help make those changes more easily. She has continuously shared the positive feedback she saw from customers to our team. This, even before she stepped into the lead role. It’s been such a pleasure to work with someone that sees the importance of the team, and spreading her wealth of knowledge. She will always step in to help, no matter her position, the people requesting, or the time crunch she might be under. She has also been gracious in explaining concepts, or sharing important details so that everyone can benefit. With her wealth of knowledge, technical expertise, and capabilities of leadership and empathy, she would be the ideal addition to any organization. She is one of the most well-rounded individuals I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. While I know she is moving into other roles, I believe she will continue to rise to meet every opportunity that comes her way!

Charnita is a natural leader and one of the most dependable and centered people I’ve ever worked with. She consistently presents herself in a calm and professional manner and colleagues listen to and follow her example and guidance without hesitation. She was very quickly promoted within ModSquad based on her writing skills, time management, teamwork, reliability, extensive technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills. Charnita is able to absorb an enormous amount of information, efficiently organize and sort it, implement it, and consistently maintain an expert level of knowledge on the product and current processes in an ever-changing environment. She documents problem resolution clearly and in a timely fashion in accordance with client SLA’s for maximum customer satisfaction. She excels at troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving technical support and customer service concerns quickly but with the perfect level of detail and warmth. She also has an innate ability of explaining a vast range of technical concepts and troubleshooting steps in an easily understood manner for all levels of clients/customers. Charnita is an exemplary and highly-skilled technical writer who holds her writing to a strict standard of consistency, accuracy, and conciseness. She collaborates effectively and easily with all levels of colleagues from floor support up to C-level executives. Charnita demonstrates incredible initiative, intelligence, and is able to identify areas of opportunity for improvements in processes, documentation, user experience, or quality of product. She also creates detailed technical support articles and troubleshooting resources within the IKB to provide pertinent documentation and visuals for relevant support teams. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with her over the past couple of years and I highly recommend her to any company looking for a true asset to their organization.
