Research on combinatorial synthesis and biological evaluation of nitrogen containing heterocycles as potential therapeutic agents. This research project involves: (i) The synthesis and characterization of libraries of nitrogen containing heterocycles using solid phase and solution phase combinatorial sciences using microwave irradiator; (ii) Screening the libraries of compounds for their biological activities and to determine their inhibition kinetics Research on combinatorial synthesis and biological evaluation of nitrogen containing heterocycles as potential therapeutic agents.
