This included the engineering, fleet control and the three maintenance depots; Neville Hill, Etches Park and Eastcroft as well as the contractual relationship with Bombardier for the Meridian Fleet. During this time I implemented an organisational change of the team to provide clearer accountability and to facilitate a change in both organisational and cultural approach to ensure a distinction between fleet projects and business as usual delivery.
