I engineered and coordinated engineering of all the cabling in the power trains kits for vehicle conversion. I developed an ECU to emulate the old ICE engine and to interface with the original instrument cluster. I developed a 400W low voltage and a 700W high voltage DC-DC converters. I reverse engineered the communication protocol and cabling of the Mercedes Smart and Ford Focus to develop an integration protocol to convert these vehicles to electric propulsion.
