Carlo Fabros’ passion motivates teams to want to do better. He is one of the happiest guys I know, and his love for international education makes others love it too. He is incredibly earnest, no one wants to do a better job than he does. He sets extra, personal goals for himself and will not stop until he reaches them. He is relentless in self-improvement and professional growth. But best of all, he is lively and fun, and his positive energy is contagious. I consider myself a more positive person having worked with him and I’m certain he will continue to be successful in everything he does.

I had the opportunity to work with Carlo at CIEE. I was the Operations Manager and we hired him to work on our team as a sales representative for iNext International Insurance. Carlo was smart, professional, and a joy to have on our team. He came to work with a smile on his face and that joy consistently spread throughout our team. His laughter was infectious, and was a pleasant surprise in the insurance industry. He picked up on our insurance products quickly, with no prior background in insurance. He was also an excellent representative to send to colleges, universities, and fairs, because he was great at building rapport with colleagues, students, and prospective clients. He cared about his clients as if they were friends, and remembered the little things about their lives that they might not expect him to. He always put his clients needs first and they could feel that that and trusted him for that reason. He was polite, thoughtful, and friendly. Outside of work, Carlo was also very active. I was very impressed by the Spark Initiative that he founded. Carlo began collecting money for schools in the Philippines, so that he could sponsor students\schools to get them some of the basic supplies that they needed to be successful. He really goes above and beyond with the work he does at CIEE, but also outside of CIEE. Carlo would be an strong asset for any team!
