  Custom flight Helmets is a young and dynamic Italian company that provides a unique selection of flight helmets and flight gears to enhance the aircrew protection, comfort, and style in flight and on the ground. We started this adventure by customizing, repairing, refurbishing, and upgrading pilot helmets and we quickly expanded our range by offerings other custom-made products. In 2019 we have launched the latest ultimate generation helmet, named HORUS, a modular flight helmet promising extraordinary performances. This lightweight flight helmet constructed from Carbon Kevlar Epoxy Matrix provides pilots with a decisive edge in combat and in everyday flights by reducing fatigue. The use of an exclusive active ventilation system combined with the soft Coolmax liner enables the pilot to regulate the temperature inside the helmet during cold or hot weather, minimizing moisture retention.
