Cezar is a pleasure to work with. He's a very skilled, focused and top-notch Frontend Engineer with a sharp view for clear architecture and clean code. He's experienced with multiple frameworks and I am only aware of a fraction of them. Working with him was always a pleasure and I'll miss solving technical quests together with him, like building CI/CD pipelines and development environment integration for all things frontend.

Working with Cezar was a great chance for me to learn what a true manager really is. He improved our team organization and optimized the processes involved in our work. He was able to stand up for our team regardless of the situation. He created an environment in which we had the chance to grow as a team and also to develop ourselves on a personal and professional level. Cezar is a dedicated person with an innovative and out of the box thinking.
