Her deep cultural knowledge, sensibility, and bilingual ability helped conduct both global and local research across markets in the past years. From the moment I began working as a researcher at URI, it was evident how critical of a role Ceylla played in all aspects of the business. From the recruitment, operations, research team, there is not a single team member on the URI staff who doesn’t view Ceylla as a delight to work with ! Not only is she client facing and friendly, she is extremely detail oriented and confident in her role. Ranging from small projects to huge initiative with international vendors, Ceylla always takes the bull by the horns and tackles each project to successful completion. It is not a stretch to state that without Ceylla, many projects and initiatives would be put to a standstill. She is a driving force and anybody who has her on their team will quickly recognize her value.
