I worked with Cesar while in the Knowledge Management team at SPAWAR. We developed a variety of training products for our client related to the suite of tools available to SPAWAR employees. Cesar was fantastic to work with. He brought his intelligence and passion to every project he worked on. He consistently provided constructive feedback to any project we worked on and thoughtfully received feedback on every deliverable we submitted. In the training environment, Cesar was an invaluable asset. He has a fantastic knowledge of educational technology tools and methodologies, and always strove to make a connection with our learning audience both before and after the training event. One of the most impressive qualities Cesar possesses is his desire to constantly improve himself. Since our time working together, Cesar has earned several professional certifications. He is a wonderful colleague and I am confident he will succeed in any position he is in. I would recommend him for any senior training or project manager position.

Mr. Morales is a key person to have on a high performing team! I’ve known him for 5+ years and he has continued to excel and lead teams to improved business processes, higher quality metrics, better communication, and overall improved cohesiveness. Cesar also has superb interpersonal skills, and an ability to juggle several projects at once - and with ease. Any team would be lucky to have him and I highly recommend him!
