I also build rapport with the moving and staging team to ensure a smooth in/out process. Tag and classify all items in the warehouse and any new items arriving at the warehouse. I also prepare and protect all items to ensure they are ready for deployment to stage. Ensure all items return to the warehouse in good condition and account for loss or damage incurred in transit or onsite. Secure necessary cleaning, repair, restoration, consignment or trash removal when appropriate. Train Moving Team on wrapping and packing procedures to ensure inventory is protected.
