I reported directly to Cesar during my time at Mission Federal Credit Union. Cesar had taught me everything I know from filing SAR/CTR, clearing alerts, conducting transaction analysis and deep level AML investigations. He was the acting BSA officer while the position was vacated for almost a year. Nevertheless, he had successfully completed two audits without any findings.
