  Responsible for the Monterrey Branch of the Reference Laboratory. Automated report generation using Excel, Power Bi and Power Query Automated several repetitive error prone tasks through Python scripts. Automated data collection for statistical analysis using web scraping (since the Laboratory Information System (LIS) was a WebApp but we didn’t have access to the API). Then made my own API for interacting with the LIS through http requests mimicking the requests the LIS app made. This let me extend my WebApp to automate all the LIS processes we needed and learned about https requests, authentication, OOP and design patterns. Show less
