Enforcing code compliance and energy efficient standards for residential buildings, features that include, framing, insulation, air barriers, and HVAC. While providing an energetic, decisive and engaging work environment with builders and trades throughout Charlotte and the surrounding regions. I gather and enter accurate real time field data, through diagnostic testing of whole house air leakage and duct leakage systems, into energy modeling software to calculate energy efficiency performance. Through performing visual inspections, diagnostic testing, and collection of field data I’m able to verify single-family homes to various energy and green certifications such as Energy Star, NGBS, LEED for homes. All of this and more to help everyone involved meet their energy efficiency and sustainability goals. Show less
