I had the pleasure to work with Javier in Seville for almost a year right at the end of my studies. He is a very positive leader, inspired me to always think out of the box in a multi-cultural and inclusive environment. Javier is a real dynamic entrepreneur with a strong international vision and experience, who always identifies the business opportunities and areas of growth to build successful projects. Combined with his really deep knowledge of the international education industry, Javier is a very good manager and teacher, patient and open-minded. I really believe that is how he thrived in the Education sector. The key to his leadership and management is that he sets up a really fun and nice work environment but very effective in terms of results. He encourages team work and always hear and recognizes each and every one’s ideas, helping them strengthen their skills. I enjoyed working with such a dedicated and international professional, I believe my step working with Javier was fundamental in my professional development and nowadays we are still in touch as friends, which shows the strong relationships he manages to create.

I worked for Javier at Frameworks Education Group. I enjoyed working for Javier and gained much from the experience. Javier is very good at recognising people's strengths and also at helping them to grow their skills in other areas. He listens to his employees' ideas and provides them with the confidence to work autonomously. It is clear when working with Javier that he knows the TEFL and international education industry inside out. He has used his insight to build extremely successful brands and projects.

In late 2001 co-founded with 2 fellow Master graduates one of the first fully digitally run language course abroad agency in the world. Through its life the business grew from 2 student recruitment agreements with a couple of language schools to up to a large network of partnerships with language schools across 100+ locations. StudyGlobal grew, having offices in Spain, France, Germany and Italy with various sales and marketing teams on board, delivering thousands of language students from all over the world. As co-founder, I helped the business in various areas including sales, marketing, and customer service, and brought the first partnerships of the business in Australia, New Zealand and Spain. I also established and managed the representative office for StudyGlobal for the South of Spain region and led a small sales team in charge of increasing the business quota in the area. Show less
