I worked closely with Cenk at his role of SMS&P Public Sector Business Development Manager, while I was the Director of SMS&P Segment at Microsoft Turkey. I had hired him from a different sales segment of the company where the business model was very different. Cenk has proven his adaptability and agility as he integrated himself with his new team and customers. Leveraging partner relationship he knew how to effectively build, Cenk successfully created opportunities with customers by including several stakeholders from within the company. I valued his positive attitude, long term thinking, as well as skills on strategic negotiation, and value selling.

I had the opportunity and pleasure of shadowing Cenk Tuna when I was an intern at Microsoft in order to learn from him. Thus, we attended several customer meetings together and from this experience I can say that he has good coaching skills. In addition to that, what I really appreciate about Cenk is that the fact he always smiles and his great attitude. I believe it is a key strength to be able manage stress effectively in the work environment because attitude is the most important thing and Cenk has been managing this very well.
