It's rare that you come across a leader like Cenker. I had the pleasure of reporting directly into Cenker during his time as VP Sales Global Industries at Iron Mountain. I was inspired by Cenker's ability to truly lead (rather than manage) his team, especially when pressure was high. Cenker always kept his cool and was a true coach and mentor to many of us, meaning that we achieved great results. I recommend Cenker for any sales senior leadership roles within a large complex business.

I had the pleasure of working with Cenker at Iron Mountain, and while he was not my direct manager, we had interesting discussions about strategic development. At the time, Cenker was a Vice President - Global Head of Sales. Cenker is a leader with experience in managing global teams towards success, and I know everyone in our team found his leadership highly motivating.
