  I'm working on Turkish Armed Forces Military Healthcare Automation System, abbreviated as ASOS (in Turkish, Askeri Sağlık Otomasyon Sistemi) is a holistic management information system developed against the peace and wartime requirements of military health command and operations. The main purpose of the ASOS is to develop a Health Information System based on internet technologies that runs on both TAF private WAN intranet and internet. I'm the Sub-contractor Project Manager, working with HAVELSAN Project Management Team. I'm comprehensive managerial and technical knowledge in all aspects of planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, training, and operation of various information technology systems, has in general following roles and responsibilities; Responsible for the successful execution of the Project. Provides the administrative and managerial direction for the project Manages the project team Managing customer expectations and containing project scope Plans, prepares, organizes, manages, and controls the work and resources for the successful project execution Single point of contact for all client communication issues – reporting, updates to requirements, status tracking and so on. Ensures the timely implementation of the project activities; Determines in advance the appropriate approval authority Identifies and coordinates all project work and allocates available resources Provides effective leadership and communication to the project team Encourages and promotes a spirit of teamwork among the proposed Project Team and the Purchaser; Verifies the completion of work and ensures the quality of project deliverables Maintains project plans and schedules and reports project status Show less
