  At the X4 Group I specialise in placing SQL Database & BI professionals on a permanent basis throughout the Thames Valley and South West area. I have invested a large number of weeks and months building a thorough database of “passive” candidates, who are thinking about moving on from their current jobs (but not actively looking), and candidates who would move on for a role closer to home, or a newer version of a specific skillset, or for career progression / better salary package. I pride myself on what we refer to as Service Delivery, being able to respond quicker than other agencies with quality candidates. By being in regular touch with both the active (those looking on jobboards) and the passive (those on my database that I know would be interested) markets, I truly believe I can offer a superior service to many of my competitors.
