1-year internship where I was supervised by Dr. Nathalie Vigneron in the Laboratory of Immuno-Oncology headed by Prof. Benoît Van den Eynde. My research project consisted in using a mass spectrometry-based immunopeptidomics approach to study the antigenic peptide repertoire of cancer cells. Acquired laboratory skills: eukaryotic cell culture, western blot, mass spectrometry-based immunopeptidomics, ELISA, flow cytometry, cell transfection (CRISPR), single-cell cloning, isolation of PBMCs from donor blood, RNA extraction.
