  Provide Project Planning for all MOCs within the integrated Portfolio of projects. Use innovative methods to continuously improve the planning methods utilised in the MESC contract. Assist in the development of existing planning resources • Ensure that all planning deliverables are uniformly prepared and completed in accordance with the monthly reporting schedule. • Assist in the management the Portfolio of Projects from a schedule perspective and generate solid interface with IAP and other related processes. e.g. POB/POS • Ensure Resource loading of all schedules, with the aim to issue weekly resource histograms and to feed an integrated forecasting capability with the Cost Control group. • Ensure that a clear EPS is developed within the P6 database that aligns with reporting requirements • Integration of the schedules for the overall MESC Engineering Year Plan • Establish and maintain activity level integration between P6 and Project Management Reporting tool. • Maintain the current and baseline schedule, analyse the effect of proposed changes and maintain the baseline change control authorisation process • Maintain critical path diagrams and computer analysis of the schedule to ensure project target dates are met. • Review and challenge completion dates on schedule, logic, links, etc to ensure maximum efficiency. • Ensure plan is appropriately set-up with approvals codes to facilitate Change management and clear segregation of Approved work from Pending & Blue-sky activities • Assist in the development of existing MESC Planning personnel. • Recommend corrective actions where deficiencies are uncovered in the performance; verify that corrective actions are taken • Apply lessons learned from previous projects and lead lessons learned reviews • Support to the generation of Project Monthly Progress Reports, providing Milestone tracking, variance analysis, clear, concise narrative and S-curves.
