The Operation Coordinator maintains the security, fairness, and integrity of the NCLEX exam experience while providing excellent customer service, internally and externally. In this capacity, the coordinator executes support tasks to ensure fulfillment of procedural, administrative, and operational goals of the Exams Operations Team and the Exams department, maintains documentation and reporting to ensure accuracy, highlights trends and supports operational integrity of the NCLEX through case review and escalation, incident resolution, and member board collaboration.
