The following projects illustrate my ability to maximize existing resources by uncovering and prioritizing opportunities to execute and monetize. Launched social media channels for the Nashville Flea Market and The Fairgrounds Nashville. Increased social media following from 3,000 to over 20,000 in 10 months. Directed development of Wi-Fi landing page to capture market demographics.4 Spearheaded rebranding campaign with new name (The Fairgrounds Nashville), logo and property signage. Redesigned and developed an updated mobile ready website and secured www.thefairgrounds.com to increase SEO and drive internet traffic to our website. Negotiated a $250K digital marquis/billboard with Lamar Advertising. No cost to The Fairgrounds with recurring revenue. Created and executed Mayoral Corn Poll Event to introduce mayoral candidates to The Fairgrounds Nashville. Incorporated corn hole games with mayoral candidates’ pictures to “poll” the attendees of the event and auctioned them off to the highest bidder. Raised over $4000 for Fall Hamilton School to launch the first PTO. Developed $1.2 million of advertising assets to sell to event advertisers to reach over 2 million patrons that visit our property every year. Initiated The Fairgrounds Nashville license plate to raise awareness and funds for an educational documentary and audio tour project. Pioneered Flea VIP shopping membership program in October 2015 creating additional Flea Market revenues. Conduct meetings with the corporate community and have conversations around a private/public partnership when considering the future of The Fairgrounds Nashville. Facilitated meetings with ARCA (Automobile Race Club of America) to bring the first ARCA race back to the Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville in 20 years in April 2015. ARCA signed a 6 year contract. Spearheaded the implementation of Microsoft Dynamic CRM to replace 20 year old UV terminal billing system.
