These sessions taught our employees to practice laughter as a form of aerobic exercise as well as a way to decompress and support mental and physical health. Below are my most popular services (online or in person): ✳ 15-minute "Laughter Blast" energizer Laughter Yoga sessions ✳ 30-minute Laughter Yoga sessions ✳ 45-minute Laughter Yoga sessions ✳ 10-minute pre-recorded sessions with a shout out and special message to your team ✳ Certified Laughter Yoga Leader trainings for your team so that you can run your own sessions Sessions generally include the following elements but are completely customizable: 🌟 First I answer the question "What is intentional laughter and why should you care?" 🌟 I guide the group through a brief warm-up, loosening inhibitions and preparing the body and voice for a lot of laughter 🌟 Then we enjoy a laughter workout through our Laughter Yoga exercises.
