The primary focus of this position is the support the maintenance of the human resource management system (HRMS) in addition to other HR/Payroll systems. This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Responsibilities: HRIS Administration (Workday/Ultipro) - Assisted with the implementation of Workday (HRIS) and Ultipro (Payroll) _ Leveraging business knowledge, best practices, and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements - Run loads and integrations into Workday including building EIB spreadsheets - Monitoring integrations from Workday to Ultipro and resolving any issues that my arise - Demonstrate extensive knowledge to troubleshoot and fix Workday and Ultipro related issues - Continually seek ways to improves the process of delivering Workday and Ultipro solutions Human Resources Administration - Schedule and performed candidate interviews and drafted offer sheets and employee agreements. - Schedule employee orientation; administered all new-hire paperwork and provided an introduction to company policies and benefits. - Personnel Files: maintains employee records and files in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, prepare files and maintains log for offsite storage of human resources files (BIS). - Prepare government reports related to EEO compliance (EEO-1) reporting - Provide general administrative support to HR team Benefits Administration - Manage daily benefits processing for employees: reviewing and approving enrollments and COBRA administration - Provide customer service support to internal and external customers.
