INSIGHT2PROFIT combines technology and expertise to deliver sustainable growth to companies through the implementation and management of pricing and profit strategies. During the past 2 years, I played an integral role in 3 specific projects, backed by private equity firms, that resulted in the following:- Led a $2M pricing impact EBITDA gain to neutralize Chinese tariffs by optimizing pricing structure across 3 subsidiaries of an aftermarket automobile part distributor ($150M). - Implemented strategic product positioning that created a $2M price impact gain to the $100M French subsidiary by developing and role-playing talking points for each strategic customer. - Reduced inventory by $6M (15%) of a $100M global medical device manufacturer by identifying and implementing weekly reviews (US-France-Slovakia-Israel-India) of slow-moving and obsolete inventory. Additionally, I designed and implemented KPI dashboards for continuous improvement of purchasing, safety stock, and Days of Supply (DOS).
