Cedella has a very strong work ethic and an ability to rapidly embrace and personify the brand values of the companies she is employed by. As a manager of individuals or teams she demonstrates a maturity beyond her years, always remaining outwardly objective and seeking fast track resolutions in conflict situations to minimise disruption. Her thirst for knowledge is reflected in the research she undertakes in order to excel in the workplace, knowledge that is turned into commercial advantage when closing a sale, offering alternatives, facilitating decisions etc. She remains calm under pressure and diffuses stressful situations by looking for the logical solution and the quickest route to achieve it.

As an Educator with Helping Hands Network I care for primary school age children in before and after school care as well as vacation care. I plan and implement a range of activities for the children that are in line with the My Time Our Place Framework for Primary School age children. My duties range from active supervision of children, to day-to-day service operations to daily critical reflections of my work and activities. I absolutely love what I do and believe that I learn just as much from the children if not more than they learn from me. Show less

As a Uni-Skills leader for the School of Education at Griffith University I mentor my peers. I run workshops for the Primary and Secondary Education students at the university. I develop workshops that teach academic skills specific to education such as preparing for placement as well as general university skills such as referencing, academic writing, unpacking criteria and exam preparation. I am also a point of reference to refer students to any services they may require during their studies. Additionally, I provide general support to my students with any issues they are having at home or in school and just need someone to talk to. I absolutely love this work and feel that I am very competent in this type of work. Show less
