My PhD is about methane emissions from arctic wetlands. I have done laboratory work, and extensive field work in Greenland, and I have used methods such as flux measurements of methane and CO2, stable isotopes techniques and ion chromatography. Another part of my work as a PhD student was teaching, and I have prepared presentations, questions and exams for up to 100 students.

During my employment as a research assistant I was working on a project about nitrous oxide emissions from a danish wetland. I did lab incubations of intact peat cores and applied a stable isotope tracer in order to track the nitrate partitioning into different pools.
