Responsible for the creation and management of Ipsos’ Mystery Shopping division, developing a new research area for the company, from the expertise I had acquired during a decade working in that sector. I restructured the team, organized processes, and scanned the area operating system, thus bringing more efficiency for the entire new department. Hence, my team increased 20% of Ipsos' annual revenue with its main Mystery Shopping account in Brazil.
