• Coordinate with the Asset Management group and define rail system requirements to ensure outcomes meet V/Line’s requirements. • Define project specific requirements and oversee the end to end requirements traceability from identification through to verification and validation. • Review concept designs and Project Briefs and prepare Final impact Statements with regular updates to reflect scope changes throughout project lifecycle. • Engage and work with a range of key stakeholders to communicate expectation of Final impact Statements (FIS). • Maintain up to date repository for requirements and provide reporting as required. • Co-ordination and engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that V/Line requirements and interests are represented at various forums • Conduct requirement elicitation, investigate requirement use cases, analyse and define requirements and develop/update specifications and other requirements documentation. • Conduct requirement traceability and prioritisation activities, develop and track change control requests, and determine the feasibility of individual requirements in order to support the design of the system. • Arrange and chair meetings with Line business leads to develop and gain approval of Final Impact Statements (FIS) • Engage and work with a range of key stakeholders to communicate expectation of requirements, identify and define any change requests, and communicate the implications of selecting additional and/or conflicting requirements. • Support the verification and validation process, manage and action aspects of the V&V Matrix and other documentation, to deliver project outcomes. • Contribute to identifying and resolving project risks and issues, and capitalising on opportunities for project delivery • Develop effective methodologies, tools and templates Build a customer focused culture and behaviours within the Project team

• Deliver as part of a $1.2 Billion Air Traffic Management System that combines both Civil and Defense capabilities through providing expertise in system engineering for hardware and software components. • Utilize IBM DOORS as a requirement management tool to define, derive, trace, and analyze requirements relating to platform infrastructure, networks, interfaces, Standard Operating Environment capabilities and hardware performances. • Lead the system engineering team in establishing IBM DOORS templates and develop training materials for import, export, establish traceability to mentor new members. • Deliver more than 20 key system engineering documents to the customer as part of project milestones, including Subsystem Specification, Subsystem Design Descriptions, Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM), Acceptance Test Procedures (ATProcs). • Design working position solution and increase site space efficiency in all Australian airports via the use of Keyboard Video Mouse Matrix (KVM Matrix). • Create multiple Site Architecture Drawings for both Airservices and Royal Australian Air Force sites to present network solution, cable routing and hardware installation. • Create Site Architecture Drawings for both Airservices and Royal Australian Air Force sites to present global network architecture, hardware installation, and cable routing. • Formulate input data to Solution Breakdown Structure for hardware, software, and Operating Systems across all sites, consisting of more than 600 Air Traffic Management Positions and 400 million Dollar hardware. • Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders while conducting peer review to ensure timely and quality delivery of documentation.
