      • Feb 2022 - Sep 2022

As a Research Assistant at the IC2 Institute I deepened my research and analytical skills. Some of my essential responsibilities included data gathering, reviewing documents, analyzing data, and translating it into a summarized and understandable format. My work as a research assistant was essential in two different projects. In the first project I enabled the creation of a 6 weeklong funnel where Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) in Texas would be empowered and given the necessary tools to expand and grow in the supply chains of local businesses and government agencies. I also worked on an investigation made to 177 different Texas public libraries and the level of digital literacy resources in each community. In this research I’ve tracked survey results, examined trends and ran regression analysis in Stata and Excel to provide a quantitative and qualitative impact analysis.
