I have performed the following tasks: - Hydroalcoholic extraction of wood samples and analysis of total phenolic content of the extracts by UV-VIS spectroscopy (Folin method) - Analysis of total phenolic content of wines by UV-VIS spectroscopy (Folin method) - Analysis of compounds of oenological interest in hydroalcoholic extracts by UPLC / MSQQQ - Handling and storage of cryogenic plant material, grinding buds of chestnut clones in liquid nitrogen and subsequent extraction of phytohormones and other plant compounds, cold, until total dryness - Preparation of samples for evaluation by UPLC / MSQQQ - UPLC / MSQQQ work: start-up of this equipment and replacement of its constituent elements (capillary, column, guard column, ionization source, filters ...), preparation of samples and solvents, preparation of calibration curves with the addition of ISTDs and Spikes, Worklist development, MassHunter Acquisition, MassHunter Qualification and MassHUnter Quantification software jobs - Analysis by near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) of solid and liquid samples for the development of prediction models of parameters of interest - Forest biomass analysis: determination of humidity, bulk density and granulometry of different sample typologies - Quality analysis of surface finishes: test of resistance to abrasion, adhesion, impact, slipperiness and resistance to chemical agents - Application of current regulations in analysis and actions developed within the framework of the corresponding laboratories.
