I was part of the Technology Research team which operates within Technical Innovation. I worked on projects such as physical and chemical stability of citrus flavours in alcoholic drinks and how changes in flavour profiles are perceived by a human sensory panel, evaluating and comparing light stability of artificial and natural colours, mapping of all clouds systems used globally in Diageo's products with a particular focus on the legislation and on product specifications and product requirements according to the different markets around the world.
