Normally, from anyone else, I'd get an email or text (and some are more crafty than others in their approach) the day before to confirm I'm actually going to be there. Because, you know, clients sometimes get busy (I guess), don't value the relationship as much, whatever. Chris? Nope. He *trusts* I will be there, that I am a person of their word. I arrive, he's there, and we have a wonderful discussion about... well, lots of things really. It's little things like this that make a big difference: I don't even think Chris realizes he does it.
