The ACDS Block 1 Level 1 design and development includes training requirements and task analyses, course definition and design, lesson specifications, and development of training materials for shipboard Warfare and Tactical Operator courses. As program manager, was responsible for managing proposal efforts to procure new programs; monitoring ongoing efforts to ensure adherence to contractual specifications, milestones, and budgetary constraints; and acting as liaison to corporate management.
