As our LiveLink Subject Matter Expert, his skills proved to be invaluable to the success of maintaining one of the Army Test Centers largest Electronic Data Repositories. He is innovating in his forward thinking with a large surrounding skill set that interconnects LiveLink to the rest of the infrastructure. During Chris's time with us, I interacted frequently with him and depended on him. Very goal oriented as well as a team player, Chris was always easygoing. He was keenly devoted to his work, but being a real people person, he was also enjoyable to be around. Chris demonstrated from early in his tenure that he was an exceptional ECM SME. He is well organized, has a deep understanding of Content Management and thrives under adversity. In many instances Chris was placed in situations that I felt only he could succeed, and he never let the team down. Almost without exception, puts the customer first. Feeling as I do that the key to good business is satisfied customers puts him high on the list for Customer Interfacing Roles.
