Chris is a highly seasoned technology professional. I have had the pleasure to work with Chris on various projects and have found that he is quite capable in many regards. Chris is well versed in conveying a strategic message in a technology based demo or statement of work review to help close a potential client as well as Chris has an exceptional ability to solve project related issues with little to no interruption in the workstream. I have seen Chris resolve very complex issues for client based projects that no other team member or client representative could have come up with. This has lead to many happy repeat clients and less issue / crisis resolution. Chris takes the time to understand the issue at hand and quickly comes up with a workable solution. Chris has consistently proven himself to be a value-added player. Chris is a true technologist who is extremely well versed in multiple technologies, platforms and solutions. I highly recommend Chris to anyone!

I will start off stating that I am pleased that I was asked to write this letter of recommendation for Chris Birney. I have had the opportunity to work with Chris on various projects, but extensively at Aberdeen Proving Grounds. As our LiveLink Subject Matter Expert, his skills proved to be invaluable to the success of maintaining one of the Army Test Centers largest Electronic Data Repositories. He is innovating in his forward thinking with a large surrounding skill set that interconnects LiveLink to the rest of the infrastructure. During Chris's time with us, I interacted frequently with him and depended on him. Very goal oriented as well as a team player, Chris was always easygoing. He was keenly devoted to his work, but being a real people person, he was also enjoyable to be around. Chris demonstrated from early in his tenure that he was an exceptional ECM SME. He is well organized, has a deep understanding of Content Management and thrives under adversity. In many instances Chris was placed in situations that I felt only he could succeed, and he never let the team down. Almost without exception, puts the customer first. Feeling as I do that the key to good business is satisfied customers puts him high on the list for Customer Interfacing Roles. Although these are very strong qualities that Chris possesses, his biggest strength to a team is his ability to make everyone around him strive to be a better engineer, technician, etc. In closing, let me say I have no hesitation in recommending Chris Birney for any position pertaining to Electronic Content Management Architecture\Design. I feel confident he would be an asset to any organization.
