I had the pleasure of working under Ko Cayter for 8 months, and it was an incredibly valuable experience. He is a highly knowledgeable and a well-versed engineering expert who taught me so much about both the technical aspects of our work and personal growth. It is almost scary at this point as no matter how far fetched my question would be, he seems to always has the answer. He always gave credit where it was due. His integrity and dedication to doing the right thing, even when it wasn't the easy thing, were truly inspiring. He doesn't do things because it will get him to the limelight, but instead he does things because it was the right thing to do. He doesn't like to sugar coat things, yet his honest feedback and criticism were invaluable to me. He challenged me to go beyond my limits and encouraged me to take risks and take on new responsibilities. Most importantly, He believed in me and my abilities. He gave me the space and autonomy to take charge of my work, which allowed me to grow and learn in ways I never thought possible. Under his leadership, I experienced tremendous personal and professional growth, and I would highly recommend Ko Cayter as a leader and mentor to anyone seeking to learn and grow in their career.

I've enjoyed working under Cayter for close to two years at Rapyd. Cayter Goh has a keen and unique sense of leadership, and laughter, that brings everyone in the office together. He is able to break down the most complex of technical concepts into simple terms that any layman (including those outside tech) would understand. He has a high sense of proficiency and craft in his work, keeping up to date with the latest technological advancements and sharing them with the team, and at the same time, is able to connect with people, build a rapport and strike a balance between managing company expectations and those of staff. He fights highly for his staff, yet is critical and level-headed, when values have been compromised. He is highly transparent, making clear why company needs to move in a certain direction, and gets everyone there if the direction is correct. He is not afraid to speak out, and make his stance clear when the direction is wrong. Life is all about how one responds to things instead of what one is given, and I have seen his high professionalism in his work. I have learnt much from Cayter and would gladly do so if given the chance, to work with him again.
