Apart of the revision team for the Single-Family Checklist update, that was last updated in 2007. This checklist update was intended to updated/remove credits and also in compliance to the 2018 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). We also updated the energy section of the Multi-Family Checklist to coincide with the 2018WSEC. Researched competitors to compare Built Green’s Checklist to theirs, to see how we can improve our organization Updated Built Green’s Environmental Calculations by extracting data in the system from previous projects. Pulled data from local and national sources to compare the average home to a Built Green home. These calculations showcased environmental and monetary savings. Conducted a survey designed for Builders and Real Estate Agents within Pierce County. This Survey was intended to determine Pierce County’s market for sustainable, high-performance homes compared to national survey reports. These results helped Built Green with outreach events in the area. Provide significant assistance in coordinating events such as the Built Green Conference, that went virtual for the first time due to COVID-19. I set up virtual platforms for speaker, along with adding speaker bios and presentations onto the platform. Was in charge of gathering award nominee data from June 2019 – September 2020 for Built Green Hammer Award recipients. Collaborated with the City of Seattle, City of Tacoma, City of Snohomish, etc. to see how we can implement Built Green into their City Incentives. Show less
