This includes The Board of Directors, Senior Leadership Team and HR. Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the GM/COO. Handles all communication, schedule and daily affairs for the GM/COO as well as liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Management Team. Executive Support | Broad variety of daily administrative tasks. Communicates on GM/COO's behalf and coordinates logistics with high level meetings both internally and externally. Including staff, Board Members, Club Members, vendors and industry colleagues on all maters relating to the Club. Conducts research and assembles materials needed for Club documents, meetings and communications. Drafts reports, letters, proposals, written communication, spreadsheets and other materials needed. Membership Administration | Administratively supports all functions regarding members files throughout their membership including enrollment, ongoing requests and resignations. Detailed maintenance of files. Extensive communication with Members and Membership Director. Board Support & Liaison | Serves as GM/COO administrative liaison to the Board of Directors. Manages Board activities including meetings, orientations, and assembling Board meeting materials. Maintains confidential files, meetings, conferences and committee meetings on and off site to support GM/COO. Management Liaison | Participates as an adjunct member of the SLT including assisting in scheduling and meeting materials. Represents GM/COO in designated meetings as required.
