Caye was my supervisor while I was the Instructor Administrator at BYU Independent Study. Caye works tirelessly to support her employees, plans for future problems by resolving current and anticipated issues, and is extremely detailed oriented. Caye is a practical, effecient, and caring supervisor who provides timely feedback to help her employees progress. Caye is an inclusive leader who regularly checks in with her team and conducts weekly team meetings to check the pulse of the group and allow us to report on issues and concerns regarding our respective groups.
