The amount of commitment and dedication Cayetana had to our team was immeasurable. If I had to go to the office on Sunday, she was there without hesitation or an ask, by my side, with a smile. Selflessness defines her. I witnessed Cay grow before my eyes in the five months we had together at Live Grey. From the start she was hardworking and independent. Never afraid to ask questions and always getting the job done. But during those months I witnessed an opening, an expansion into a truly emphatic, patient, and strong woman who craved additional learning, trusted her teammates and communicated well even in tough situations. Cayetana is the perfect blend of leader and team player encouraging those around her and leading by example. I'm beyond grateful that she decided to work with us (and in particular me) at Live Grey. I can't wait to see how her strength of character and devotion to positivity affects those around her in the next chapter. Thanks Cay for all you are and how much you give.
