   Ensure compliances with storage, preservation and protection requirements of all static and rotating machinery equipments, spares, instruments etc. on platform including warehouse.  Witness and verify Contractor preservation activities during MC scope  Review of vendor specific preservation procedures and requirements of static and rotating equipment and ensure implementation.  Carry out Gap analysis, identify supplier weaknesses in preservation plans and propose corrective action  Maintain preservation matrix/catalogue/check sheets/tracking register for all identified items requiring preservation  Review the preservation records and inspect equipment to ensure that preservation is performed to the approved standards during construction and commissioning phases  Supervising the execution of preservation activities performed by his team  Follow-up Engineers activities related to Rotating Machinery and ensure compliance with Company/Project specifications and with the requirements of the project documentation  Schedule and conduct preservation audits  Participate and lead risk assessments and toolbox talks. Ensure that HSE procedures are properly implemented while executing preservation tasks  To ensure that the given job is completed within the allocated time and man-hours frame.  Job planning, to update the Manager / Engineer and other concerned personnel on the activities, progress of the job, liaison with internal departments.
