  The University at Albany Student Association is the recognized undergraduate student government on campus which was officially established in 1923, and has been operating in its current form since 1977. Student Association exists in order to provide and foster opportunities beyond those offered in the formal curriculum. As the Director of Academic Affairs and Advocacy, I oversee a budget to create programs and events for students relating to their academic success on camp. I am also a student conduct advocate and I work with the administration to foster a better academic experience for the students at the University at Albany.
