Team leader for Bonnier News innovation hub Next, with the mission to enable Bonnier News long-term success by accelerating strategic initiatives using a sustainable innovation process developed inhouse. Next also received funding from Googles Digital News Initiative innovation fund for three different project. The DNI fund support innovation in digital news journalism, inorder to spark new thinking and give news organisations the space to try some new things, experiment and innovate in the digital space. I have been personally involved in leading and developing the projects: - Sensor Stories: The aim of Sensor Stories is to bring the readers into the story creation flow. It will serve as a journalistic tool for story leads and for fact based unbiased information. This will give us a new dimension and a new source of knowledge for creating stories. It will be storymaking by the people, for the people. - Bonsai : a fully personalised media product with the aim of creating direct value. - CAI - "Conversational AI", a project with the aim of uncovering completely new ways of consuming news in a more interactive way and explore how the voice interface (being conversational and interactive) will affect news consumption.

Entrepreneur
-
Jun 2011 - Sep 2014
I have been running the business “The Lucky Pirate”. The business concept is that of selling ice-cream at the beach of Falsterbo/Skanör, in the south of Sweden, from a boat resembling a pirate ship. The work included everything from registration of the company, accounting, legal and taxations issues, preparing market- and business plan, but also to run the business with everything from purchase to maintenance, to sales. My primary responsibility was marketing, strategy, purchase and the administrative work. From this position I've gained experience in entrepreneurship and have further developed my ability to solve unexpected problems in stressful situations.

Executive Lounge Hostess
-
Aug 2010 - Dec 2010
The Executive Lounge is an exclusive venue accessible by guests staying in Hilton Stockholm Slussens Executive rooms and suites. It offers a relaxing atmosphere for both business and pleasure travellers, an extensive breakfast buffet and a range of snacks and beverages in the evenings. I had responsibility for the lounge and all its guests. The work tasks differed drastically; everything from preparing and displaying breakfast and evening buffets, to giving recommendations about sightseeing or to book a table at a restaurant for the guests. I learnt how to be quick-witted and resourceful in order to solve my guest’s problems in a good way. Since lounge personnel work independently, interacting predominantly with guests, this position allowed me to advance in guest relations. My primary language was English.
