As an Employability Coach I have worked on several projects including my current project where I work with NEET 15-18 year olds with employment, education and apprenticeship outcome targets. Within this I deliver accredited Level 1 and 2 qualifications and am training as an assessor. I also deliver one to one mentoring for over 18s covering work related and social justice barriers. I have delivered training work shops to groups within schools and community centres. It is essential that I deliver the support in a tailored way that suits individual needs and am adaptable to the client or environment. I must adhere to all policies of the company including safeguarding of young people and vulnerable adults. I work alongside many third party organisations and have developed a close relationship with local education centres and JCPs. As a mentor in employability I must stay up to date with current employment trends and ensure my knowledge is sufficient to provide a great service to customers. I monitor feedback from clients I see and evaluate my own progression to see how any improvements can be made. As well as face to face guidance I will provide virtual support via email or telephone and in work support if needed. Due to the fact I work in several locations across the Southwest it is important that I manage my time, diary and priorities efficiently. Show less

As a Sales Consultant I represented the Vodafone brand and delivered great customer service at all times. I would meet performance targets both from customer ratings and from sales revenue. Within our store we worked together as a team to meet our store targets and aims. When processing contracts it was essential to handle sensitive data correctly and ensure all checks were passed including credit checks and formal ID checks. As a Sales Consultant I would handle bill queries and complaints; escalating and resolving them accordingly. From this I have gained a good knowledge of technology, the public and the ability to meet targets whilst satisfying customer needs. Show less

As a Customer Consultant I would deliver excellent customer service whilst maintaining sales targets and KPIs. I would often take stock counts and performing recalls whilst keeping a steady stock in store and would ensure security of the store when opening and closing. As an experience member of staff I would deliver guidance to new team members giving me the chance to gain coaching experience. In this industry it was vital to uphold good technological knowledge with familiarity to multiple systems. Show less

    • Transactional Pricing Executive/Customer Care
      • Oct 2012 - Sep 2013

During my time at EDF Energy I had multiple roles, starting within debt collection where I would receive inbound calls from customers regarding outstanding payments. It was important to provide excellent customer care whilst arranging affordable payment plans that covered both arrears and on going usage. This role required great knowledge of systems, arrears options and an understanding of customer circumstance. From this I moved on to a general customer care team where I would take payment, answer queries and book engineer visits for customers. My final role within EDF was as a Transactional Pricing Executive which involved quoting businesses on specific energy costs and use by performing accurate calculations. Show less
