  My role at Braehead foods is two-fold and run-in tandem. I have been brought on board to re assess the HR provision and re design the function. Looking at all areas HR supports. I also provide support and mentoring to the managers daily, whilst planning and developing an Hr Strategy.• To provide support and guidance though a business partnership approach for all employee relations issues. Driving HR initiatives to support the people strategy and business needs.• Ensure strong bonds/relationships mare with business, managers, and people to ensure free flow commutation, knowledge sharing and strong leadership. Lead on discipline, grievance, performance, and capability issues, • Ensuring recruitment and retention issues and proactively dealt with. Looking at retention and planning, recruitment activity, talent management and talent attraction. • Contribute to evaluating, coaching, and developing our ability to ensure effective working relationships across teams and business areas. • Respond to business challenges effectively, managing expectations, coaching managers to develop creative solutions to problems. • Provide support in the delivery of change management, assist with organisational change, restructure etc.
