One of 2 recruiters responsible for recruiting, screening and hiring of skilled candidates for the Siemens Transportation account in Sacramento, CA. Siemens is the largest on-site account in the region for Superior with over 400 plus temporary associates working in various departments. Recruit, screen and hire candidates for all departments of Siemens which included high volume recruiting for the Welding, Electrical Sub-Assembly and Electro-Mechanical Assembly departments. Work closely with hiring managers from each department to setup panel and/or one on one interviews; reviewed interview results and notified candidates of outcome. Reviewed ALL candidate drug and background screenings of potential candidates prior to placing. Responsible for the procurement of all material for our top selling product line as well as all general operating supplies, equipment and any special processes needed for various departments throughout the organization.
