I worked with a variety of people, given this being the tourism industry. Each day, the tourists came from all over the world to see the beautiful sights Lake Louise has to offer. The gondola ride had three components, including: a safety video all riders have to watch before riding the gondola, provided in many different languages; second, the gondola ride to and from the top and lastly, the open trails on the top of the mountain. Given the three components, safety was of high concern, and we were highly trained in many different situations.
